Anne is the Founder and Lead Practitioner at The Presenting Lab, where she helps professionals and teams communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.

With over a decade of experience in learning and development, she has worked globally across sectors including the Civil Service, high-growth startups, and FTSE 100 and S&P 100 companies. Her work focuses on practical, hands-on learning that helps people build communication skills they can apply immediately in real-world situations.

Before moving into learning and development, Anne directed award-winning television and theatre productions. This background gave her a deep understanding of storytelling, presence, audience engagement, and facilitation — skills that continue to shape how she helps people bring clarity and impact to their presentations today.

Anne has worked as a Senior Training Consultant at Impact Factory and as a coach with Mind Gym, delivering science-led behavioural change programmes across a wide range of industries, including tech, healthcare, retail, media, and the public sector.

She has worked with learners at every level — from early-career professionals to senior leaders and C-suite executives — helping them communicate with greater clarity, presence, and confidence.
